If the other system exposes an API (most modern SaaS tools do), we can generally integrate with it - we'll confirm feasibility during scoping.

Private extension vs. public Marketplace listing?

A private extension only works on your account; a Marketplace listing is reviewed by Zoho and available to any Zoho user. We can build either.

Who maintains it after Zoho updates its platform?

Extensions occasionally need updates when Zoho or the third-party API changes - this is where a Support or Managed Services retainer helps.

How long does a typical integration take?
